Mini-Wilder Soul Retreat-Grand Lake

You may have already heard it - your Soul's Call - a completely unreasonable and irrational invitation do something for which you feel totally unprepared. Perhaps this is how the wild Baptist’s followers first felt when he pointed them to the mystery man, Jesus. When asked, “Where are you staying?” Jesus’ response to these timid and unready followers is the seemingly absurd invitation of the soul itself, “Come, and you will see.”

“Say Yes to Courage: Deep Belonging and Wild Imagination” will explore the terrain of authentic spiritual courage through the invitation to deep belonging and imagination. 

Beginning Saturday afternoon following the August Assembly and concluding on Sunday morning, you will have the opportunity to relax and deepen your friendships with colleagues in ministry. Practices will include self-designed ceremony, invitations to solo exercises wandering the land, creative expression, journaling, small group work, and council.
